How can we contact you?

How do we keep up to date with your new experiences & products?

Do your chocolates contain any allergens?

For our base chocolate, we use only the finest European couverture. Manufacturers advise that their products may contain traces of nuts, gluten, cereals, lactose, soy, and eggs. Chocolate processed on our premises may contain particles of nuts. Our handmade truffle, slab, and moulded range may feature cream, butter, eggs, gluten, nuts, fruits, and/or alcohol in the recipe. Cross-contamination of ingredients can occur, so if you are concerned with, or have a severe allergic reaction, please do not consume our products.

What is European Couverture?

Couverture is the name given to a certain class of high-quality chocolate. All chocolate bars contain many of the same base ingredients – cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, and perhaps additives like vanilla, soy lecithin, or milk powder. Couverture chocolate, unlike regular chocolate, is ground to a finer texture during the production process and contains a greater percentage of cocoa butter relative to the other ingredients. These two differences produce a superior flavour and texture that makes couverture the preferred chocolate for tempering and enrobing truffles, bonbons, and other fine candies. European Couverture chocolate must contain at least 35 percent cocoa solids and 31 percent cocoa butter, with some couverture chocolates containing as much as 39 percent cocoa butter.

Are your products safe for young children?

Our handmade chocolate range and ice cream sundaes have edible crisp inclusions that may be a choking hazard for young children, so care should be taken.  Also note the possibility of allergens.

Do you sell online?

No, unfortunately we only sell from our Denmark outlet due to the temperature sensitivity of our chocolate.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes. Well-behaved dogs on a leash and under the control of the owner are welcome on the veranda. We have a water bowl available to keep them hydrated.

What entertainment is available for children?

We have lots of outdoor space for children to run around, but unfortunately no playground equipment. Please note there is a creek running around the property as well as several dams, therefore we ask that you supervise and ensure children stay within the designated fenced area. For playing indoors, we have colouring-in books and board games.

Do you have access for wheelchairs?

Yes. There is a ramp access to the main shop as well accessible toilets with hand rails to support those who are challenged with mobility.
